Refund Policy

FlowKit is a product operated by Keypure LLC.
1. Subscription Billing
FlowKit subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Fees are generally non-refundable. Partial or full refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law.
4. Charge Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, contact support@keypure.co. We will investigate and provide a written response with supporting billing records.
